About Michelle
Hi, I’m Michelle Lee, a clinically trained Personality and Identity Formation Coach with the mission to help individuals, couples, families, and teams uncover their true identity and purpose. With the notion that “being informs doing,” flourishing happens when we live in our true identity.Meaningful growth begins with understanding. Through personality frameworks like the Enneagram, experiential exploration, and systems-based thinking, we look beneath the surface to explore what motivates you, how you respond under stress, what matters most to you, and what may be keeping you from moving forward.I hold a B.A. in Elementary Education and Communications
from Boston College, and an M.S. in Social Work from Columbia University. Prior to coaching, I was a teacher and floor-time therapist. I oversee philanthropic work in health and education.
